I was called a fluffier version of Chucky. I am amused.
Happy is a living verb. It’s something you must strive for daily through all the bad, find the glimmer of hope in the darkness and learn that happiness can live right alongside hopelessness in many cases. For me, my general pleasure is located in a select few items.

- Coffee…Because no one would survive me without my coffee.
What makes y’all happy?
I’ve been thinking a lot about my goals lately. Since I was sick, I have made it a point that I would really enjoy to travel somewhere this year. Not related to visiting family or attending family events. My mate and I were discussing options recently, so I am a bit excited.
Northeast. Southwest. In Texas? Do y’all have suggestions for a nerdy child of the night who like coffee, tea, books, and vegan food?
Maybe Austin will hear from us this Spring or Summer?
If you follow other social media you will note that I made an announcement that I had been in the hospital in mid October. Sense then it has been a whirlwind of catching up to assignments, getting back to clients, and finding balance.
Don’t forget that even when life gets hectic it is important to take care of you in the midst of everything else.
I’ve been being nice to myself. Less harsh. Less judgement and allowing my self to live. Don’t get me wrong. It is hard to let go of the control freak, but you must and I am.
